Reconnect with Nature and Self

We dance together in our favorite nature spots around the world, to the same music at the same time.  Dance alone, invite friends, or join us in person if you’re in Ottawa, Canada.

Dances take place on Sunday mornings (Eastern Time), 2 to 3 times per month.  If this doesn’t work for you, you can dance anytime with the music that will be sent to you once you subscribe.

Dancing through the seasons, this introspective journey invites you to find your own rhythm and presence through music, movement, and the beauty of nature.   There are no steps to learn and there is no one to impress.  The invitation is to move as you wish -> yes, even lying on the ground counts.

It’s free with no ads or promos.

“The playlists you create are perfect to dance with my beloved, with a community, or even on my own. They heighten the experience I am having whether it be in a beautiful spot in nature or what I mistakenly thought mundane before your music opened my eyes, ears and heart. Makes me feel at one with nature, humanity, the whole world! Thank you sooo much.”

“Alana is a gifted movement artist and facilitator. At first, I felt awkward dancing in a park, but I quickly shed my self-consciousness thanks to Alana and the beautiful Dance to Nature community. Alana is one of the most grounded, sensitive and open-hearted people I have met. Her curiosity is contagious – I enjoy the reflection and questions in her weekly Dance to Nature invitations, whether or not I can join in person. When I do show up, I feel embraced – by Alana, fellow dancers and the magical space we co-create. It’s an open, non-judgmental, liberating space with just enough structure, ritual and boundaries – thanks to Alana carefully crafting that balance. I feel very fortunate to be part of this community.”
